We currently offer international shipping to selected destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Standard international shipping generally takes approximately 7–21 business days after the order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Available shipping methods and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

FLEXRAW may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided by email after your order has been shipped.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

FLEXRAW is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for fees imposed by the destination country.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.
