Return & Refund Policy

At FLEXRAW, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

14-Day Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and unworn.
The item must be in its original condition.
The item must be returned with its original packaging, where applicable.
The item must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
Proof of purchase may be required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or used may not be eligible for return.

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging so that we can review the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by a defect, damage during delivery, or an error on our part, FLEXRAW will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or other reasons not caused by FLEXRAW, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an item being defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent by FLEXRAW, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return
Photos of the item, if applicable

Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from FLEXRAW.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or otherwise required by applicable law.

Returns Address

Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided by FLEXRAW after your return request has been reviewed and approved.

Please do not send returns to the address shown on your shipping label or any other address unless instructed by FLEXRAW.
